Welcome to JomiBazar.com.bd. If you are an agent, seller, or developer posting property on our platform, please read these rules carefully. By listing on our site, you agree to follow them. These rules are in place to protect buyers, maintain trust, and keep our marketplace safe.
Failure to follow these rules may result in temporary suspension, permanent account ban, removal of property listings, and loss of purchased credits (non-refundable and non-transferable).
- Accuracy of listings
- All property details you post must be true, clear, and accurate.
- You must not post misleading prices, fake photos, wrong locations, or false ownership claims.
- If information changes (price, availability, ownership), you must update your listing quickly.
- Ownership and authorization
- You may only list properties that you own or are legally authorized to sell as an agent.
- If you are an agent, you must have clear permission from the property owner.
- Posting a property without authorization will result in immediate removal and account action.
- No duplicate or spam listings
- Do not post the same property multiple times just to get more visibility.
- Use the “edit” option instead of creating duplicates.
- Excessive duplicate posts, spam, or irrelevant content will lead to removal.
- Transparency in pricing
- Prices must be realistic and reflect the actual sale terms.
- Do not hide costs, add surprise charges, or mislead buyers with “bait pricing.”
- If the property is negotiable, you may mention it — but the listed price must be genuine.
- Photos and media
- Use real photos of the property (not stock images, not copied from other sites without permission).
- Edited or enhanced photos should not hide defects or misrepresent the property.
- Fake, stolen, or misleading photos will cause listing removal and penalties.
- Documents and legal compliance
- You are responsible for making sure the property’s legal papers (Deed, khatian, mutation, etc) are valid.
- Do not upload or share forged, altered, or false documents.
- If legal authorities report a problem with your listing, we may remove it immediately.
- Communication with buyers
- Be respectful, honest, and professional in all communication.
- Do not pressure buyers, mislead them, or make false promises.
- Never ask buyers for advance payments outside of safe, legal processes.
- Prohibited activities
- No fake accounts, false identities, or impersonation.
- No fraudulent activity, scams, or attempts to cheat buyers.
- No use of JomiBazar to promote unrelated products, services, or political/religious content.
- No harassment, abusive messages, or offensive behavior.
- Account and credits
- Any credits you buy for posting or promoting listings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If your account is banned or your listing removed due to breaking rules, your credits will be lost.
- Sharing or selling accounts/credits to others is strictly prohibited.
- Reporting and moderation
- Buyers may report your listing if they find false or suspicious information.
- We will review reports and, if verified, your listing may be removed without warning.
- Repeat violations will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
- Consequences of breaking rules
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Warn you and ask for correction.
- Temporarily suspend your listings.
- Permanently delete your listings.
- Ban your account.
- Forfeit your credits (no refund, no transfer).
Our decision in such cases is final.
- Legal responsibility
- You are legally responsible for all information and claims you post.
- JomiBazar is not responsible if buyers take action against you for fraud or misrepresentation.
- If your activities cause harm to buyers, you may face legal consequences under the laws of Bangladesh.
- Commitment to professionalism
We encourage all agents and sellers to:
- Provide clear and timely responses to buyers.
- Build trust through honesty and transparency.
- Treat this platform as a professional marketplace, not just an ad board.

We built JomiBazar to make real estate transactions easier and safer. But safety depends on honesty from everyone — especially sellers and agents. Please respect these rules.
If you break them, you risk losing your account, your listings, and your credits. If you follow them, you’ll gain trust, visibility, and long-term success.
