We want to be transparent about this. JomiBazar earns revenue from platform services only — not from property sales:
Credits: Sellers and agents buy credits to post new listings, edit existing listings, or unlock premium listing features. In some cases, buyers may use credits to view exclusive listing details.
Featured & promoted placements: Sellers and agents can pay to highlight listings or appear at the top of search results.
Subscriptions: Optional premium accounts for agents or agencies with extra tools (analytics, bulk uploads, priority support).
- Payments, refunds, and cancellations
- Purchases of credits, featured slots, or subscriptions are generally non-transferable and non-refundable.
- If you find a billing error, contact us immediately at info@jomibazar.com.bd and we’ll investigate.
- Report, moderation and takedown
If you see a suspicious or fraudulent listing, please report it. Our usual steps are:
You send a report (via the property details page “Report” button).
We review the information and may temporarily hide the listing if it looks risky.
If the claim is verified, we remove the listing and may warn, suspend, or block the account that posted it.
A blocked user can appeal by contacting support with clear evidence.
We decide moderation actions based on available evidence and reserve the right to act to protect users.
- Limitation of Responsibility
